If you are still not satisfied and only 30 days have passed we guarantee you a full refund or exchange for another beautiful jewelry item. But the item must be returned in its original unaltered state. Any damaged or engraved jewelry will not be accepted. On the other hand, if the item is received damaged please return it promptly for an exact exchange.

When you receive your RMA, you will have options
how to receive your refund or exchange:
- Credit back to your Original Payment Method
- Store Credit
PACK YOUR ITEM
- Place your item in the original packaging
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
SHIP YOUR ITEM
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the box.
- Include a copy of your invoice or your order number.
- For your sake please return all items via a secure shipping method that can be tracked: UPS, FedEx, or USPS with the Delivery Confirmation option.
- Clearly state if you would like a Refund or Exchange for the item.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
